The FXC brand is only available to those who keep moving. By downloading the free mobile application, you can start moving and registering your pulse. Complete 12 sessions over a rolling average period of two months and you’ll be awarded with an active silver badge. Complete 36 sessions over an average rolling period of 365 days and achieve our gold badge. Stay active and you’ll keep these badges, fall behind on your average and you’ll lose them. Anytime you are in possession of an active badge, retrieve your QR code and exchange your fitness by purchasing the label that recognises and showcases your achievements. No other label can empower you or others the way we can.

Download the app on your mobile phone. Available for FREE on the Apple Store and Google Play. No subscription fees and no strings attached.
Simple and fast registration by entering your name, age, gender and city.
Your name personalises your badge, your age will determine your targeted heart rate for any session of activity, your gender will personalise your label and your city will give us a rough indication of how effective we are where you are.
Connect the FXC app to the integrated health and fitness application on your mobile phone or directly to any wearable fitness tracker. This will allow for fitness information to be shared with our app and continue to sync going forward. Apple Health Kit and Google Fit will immediately share historical fitness data going back 6 months. Data to be shared will be date, time, duration and type of activity and heart rate achieved during any activity session. Keep moving and become active. Choose your favourite activity session, from a brisk walk to the shops or the centre of town, a light jog in the neighbourhood or in the park, swimming, cycling, tennis, gym work, garden work, dancing, kicking a football or throwing some hoops, HIIT workouts, skipping, completely random exercises or whatever else you love to do which raises your heart rate to your targeted average heart rate for 35 minutes and work towards your silver or gold badge and maintaining it!
